How soon does my listing go live?
Right after Stripe confirms payment.
There is no approval queue, so candidates can see the post moments after you check out.
How long will my listing run?
For 30 days from your payment date.
If you hire sooner, email us and we will take it down right away.
Are there any recurring charges?
No, not on a single listing.
You pay once, it does not renew and there is no contract.
The monthly slot plans, built for groups that are always hiring, bill every month, can be canceled anytime, and keep your listings live through the end of the paid month.
What is a slot?
A slot is room for one live listing.
On the 10-slot plan you can run ten openings at once, mixing roles and locations however you like.
Once a role is filled, reuse that slot for a new opening as often as you want at no added cost.
Slot listings do not expire while your plan is active.
Is there a commitment on monthly plans?
No. There is no contract and no minimum term.
Cancel anytime, and your listings stay live through the end of the paid month.
Founding Partner pricing is locked for 24 months while the plan stays active.
If you cancel and come back later, you pay the rate in place at that point.
Can one listing cover an OD and an optician?
Post them separately.
ODs, opticians and techs browse different role pages, so one listing per role reaches the right people.
For a hybrid seat, such as a tech who also covers the front desk, pick the role that fills most of the week.
Which payment methods can I use?
Stripe processes every payment and accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Card numbers are held by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Can I change a listing once it is live?
Yes.
Email support with the update, such as a new pay range, different credentials or added Saturday hours, and we will make the change.
Do you offer refunds?
A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full.
Since listings publish right away, other refund requests have a short deadline, described in the Refund Policy.
